Start here: your Substack email
Most access problems happen when a member uses a different email address than the one connected to their paid Substack subscription.
Your Substack email is the key to:
- The H Files website access
- Project Midnight archive access
- Private Discord community access
Please make sure you are using the same email address associated with your paid Substack account.

How to log in
Your account was created automatically from your paid Substack membership, you may not know your The H Files password. That’s normal.
The easiest ways to log in are:
- Use Email Me a Login Link to receive a direct login link by email.
- Use Reset Password to create or update your The H Files password.
- Use Login with Discord only if you are already a member of The H Files private Discord community.
